Laura’s fitness and movement training began over 20 years ago when she began studying ballet, jazz and modern dance. That training eventually led her to yoga as a way of improving her strength and flexibility. After studying for 6 months in India in 2009, Laura’s yoga experience grew from an extension of her dance training to an independent and exciting study. In addition to teaching yoga, Laura is the assistant at Butler Chiropractic and Acupuncture. All of these experiences have taught Laura how to help her students feel stong and healthy. In her classes she tries to a create fun, challenging environment that will help her students feel powerful and relaxed.
